1. Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver to addresses within Malaysia only, including:

  • Peninsular Malaysia

  • East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)

For bulk or special delivery requests outside these regions, please contact us for arrangements.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days upon payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • For pre-order or custom items, processing time may be longer. Customers will be notified accordingly.


3. Delivery Time

  • Peninsular Malaysia: Estimated 3–7 business days

  • East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): Estimated 5–10 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier schedules, weather, location, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on item weight, dimensions, and delivery location.

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods or for orders above a certain amount (as advertised).

  • For bulky or delicate items requiring special handling, additional charges may apply and will be clearly stated before checkout.


5. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or SMS.
You can track your parcel via the courier’s official tracking platform.


6. Self-Collection
Customers in the Kulai, Johor area may arrange for self-collection by appointment:

7. Delivery Issues
If your order does not arrive within the expected time frame, please contact us with your order number at hengtmart@outlook.com.

While we are not liable for courier delays, we will assist you in tracking and resolving any delivery issues.


8. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage.

  • In the case of lost packages, we will help communicate with the courier to initiate an investigation or claim.
